Job description – Senior Software Engineer

Line manager / supervisor:
China GM

Qualifications:
- more than 5 yrs experience
- Fluent English Speaking
- expertise in Core Java
- Experience working with Frameworks such as Struts, Spring, Hibernate and Axis is a must
- knowledge of Webservices
- Able to travel in China (Beijing, Shenzhen)

Other Skills/Abilities:
- Ajax is a plus
- Database experience: Oracle, MySQL
- Windows Server 2003
- Visual Studio .net 2003
- Web Server IIS 6.0
- Language: C#

Position Overview:
- The (Senior) software Engineer position in China will involve development and modification of company's existing Media Platform application. This involves developing additional modules as necessary to serve specific funcitions for compan's clients as well as localization of the platform. the position will also involve development of a consumer centric front-end for the platform. The (Senior) Software engineer will also be involved in development of Web Services to tie in functionality with the platform.
