在win7上已经安装了JDK1.7并设置好了JAVA_HOME，可偏偏Tomcat在启动过程中找不到。
报错信息
The JRE_HOME environment variable is not defined correctly
This environment variable is needed to run this program
翻译过来大意便是JRE_HOME环境变量没有正确的定义，而运行这个程序是需要这个环境变量的
由此可见，我们只要让这个程序找个JRE_HOME就可以了
