虚拟机redhat9开机不能进入图形界面解决办法

 

在启动时无法进入图形界面，出现错误提示：

Fatal server error: could not open default font 'fixed'

When reporting a problem related to a server crash, please send
the full server output, not just the last messages.
This can be found in the log file "/var/log/XFree86.0.log".
Please report problems to [email protected].
XIO:  fatal IO error 104 (Connection reset by peer) on X server ":0.0"
      after 0 requests (0 known processed) with 0 events remaining.

 

解决方法如下：

# vi  /etc/X11/XF86Config进入此文件

在“Section ‘Files’”里的“FontPath”段加入以下字段 /k4z8U/A
FontPath "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/misc"
保存后，重新启动X-Window（startx）即可。
