在ubuntu amd64下安装realplayer11播放rmvb影片

我的ubuntu风风火火用了几个月，经过最初的莫名其妙黑屏后，终于顺利的升级到8.10。今天闲下来装个播放器看看电影。

由于时下rmvb格式的电影很多，realplayer不是默认安装软件，遂安之。

到[url=http://www.real.com/linux/?src=020923home_cn_cn]realplayer的官网[/url]下了linux的DEB版，安装时提示我软件和64位操作系统不兼容。我记得32位软件兼容64位系统的那几个包我都装过，怎么会不兼容呢？

没办法，google了一下。搜得另一种安装方法：

将文件[url=http://www.real.com/realcom/R?href=http://forms.real.com/real/player/download.html?f=unix/RealPlayer11GOLD.bin]RealPlayer11GOLD.bin[/url]保存到主文件夹中，即/home/[yourusername]文件夹下。
然后打开终端，进行如下操作：
chmod +x RealPlayer11GOLD.bin
sudo ./RealPlayer11GOLD.bin
按着终端提示的一路下去，如果你显示的和我一样，就说明你已经成功安装realplayer11。你可以在应用程序>>>影音中找到他。

当然，后来我发现还可以用mplayer安装w64codecs解码器播放rmvb文件,可是亲测后发现只有声音没有图像。如果哪位朋友知道正解，请赐教。
