1.hallmark

二. 法国大选背景调查——新浪财经

法国政坛有哪几派势力?

美国政坛有民主党与共和党,而法国政坛党派可简单分为左翼、中间路线和右翼。左翼强调社会公平、集体主义与政府干预;中间路线主张开放、务实的经济政策,积极推动欧盟建设;右翼主张自由放任主义,缩小公共开支,有强烈的民粹主义倾向。

BIG4候选人有何不同?

中间路线马克龙,民调支持率24%。他主张平衡的财政政策、灵活的劳工政策和开放的外交移民政策,尤其支持全球化和与欧盟的合作,当选后法国将继续留在欧元区。

极右翼勒庞,民调支持率23%。她主张废除欧元、退出欧元区、设立贸易保护措施、解除对俄制裁。总结而言,即反全球化、反移民、反欧盟,可谓法国的女“特朗普”。

中右翼菲永,民调支持率18.5%。其执政计划主张解放经济、恢复国家权力、肯定法国的价值观,他也强调与欧盟的合作,当选后法国应留在欧元区。

极左翼梅朗雄,民调支持率18%。他同样以退欧为卖点,其增税与公共支出的财政政策最为激进;他希望重新谈判欧盟条约,推动欧洲央行关注就业和增长,如果谈判失败,则离开欧元区。

法国大选对金融市场、A股的影响

从2016年的英国退欧、特朗普当选美国总统,到2017年荷兰候选人威尔德以及法国候选人勒庞呼声高涨,均预示着西方民粹主义反扑。民粹主义有悖于全球化进程,表达了对收入分配不均的反抗,也可能是对当前世界秩序的威胁。欧洲民粹主义者的成败将对今年全球股市、债市和货币市场的走向形成深远影响。

法国大选的走向,第一轮及第二轮的结果预期将直接传导至汇率市场,对欧元走势产生刺激。简言之的话,若马克龙最终顺利当选,则将利多欧元;若菲永最终当选,对欧元影响较为中性;若勒庞或梅朗雄最终当选,则欧元短线可能大跌,中长期走势不确定性增加。

此外,在选举结果尚未公布之前,仍充满变数的形势将令市场避险情绪快速上升,叠加地缘政治风险加大,短期内黄金资产波动料加剧。

美元指数尽管受制于特朗普的政策拖累,但出于避险需求,美元未来有阶段性受资金青睐的可能,而欧元则将对应承压。特别值得关注的是,如果勒庞-梅朗雄这对最激进组合在第一轮胜选后,将对整个大类资产的风险偏好产生压制,而菲永-马克龙这对组合的出现,恐慌情绪会缓解,前期恐怖情绪过度导致法-德信用利差飙涨将有望得到修复

Day 17 总结

This article helps me know more about the French new presidential election. Actually I am not a person who cares much about the politics but in the process of learning and analyzing it, I started to be interested in this kind of information.  I think I will keep an eye on the development of the French election.
