• the most delightful experience would be my residence in Majesty Hotel in Kua Lumper. It is a five star hotel.
• When I arrived the hotel, the concierge innovatively to help me carry my luggage to the reception desk.
• the ambience of the room is excellent. The room is big and well equipped. It provides safe box which allows you to safeguard your valuables . It provides _ flatiron_ to iron your business suits and shirt. They maybe _ crumpled_ after packing in the luggage.
• you can lie in the big sofa and eating snacks while watching TV.
• The most impressive thing was their good customer service. The drain system was clogged one day and the blanket was wet. The receptionist upgraded my room for free and help me carry my luggage to the new room. They are patient to my complaint and say sorry to me all the time.
• last but not the least, the price of the room is relatively low considering the good equipment and convenient geographical location.
• The hotel offers various leisure facilities such as a swimming pool sauna, bars. Some time I would stay in the hotel and amuse myself rather than go to the seneric sites. Since it is enough to relax myself well in the hotel.
• Majesty Hotel is beyond compare.
