在使用tomcat 8 时 出现了此错误,tomcat控制台一直出现这些信息,解决办法

注: 

     如果context.xml文件内容修改完毕,在启动eclipse后自动恢复,那么久需要在eclipse的一个项目Servers中，找到你的tomcat，打开有各种配置文件，在这里改，才会在使用eclipse启动tomcat后不会自动恢复
