编码思想:
新增和修改数据,记录用户操作信息(创建人,修改人) ,然后每个模块打算根据操作数据的主键id关联日志表查询操作人信息;需要声明每个模块名称及操作方法(constant包中便是声明的模块和操作方法枚举)
