ubuntu cplex安装

一年前安装过一次cplex，最近再次安装的时候，发现老是出现一个异常

这个最初是在ubuntu16.04安装的，当时候以为是ibm没有做ubuntu16的测试，现在在Ubuntu18也出现同样的问题，可能就真的没有做ubuntu系列的发布测试。当时候好像是先放到centos（或者fedora应该也行？）进行安装操作，等把文件解压完之后再压缩打包回传，就避开了这个问题。
