练习感悟：
在读的时候自己好像有个规律，每次第一遍刚开始读的时候最放松，往往第一遍的节奏，流利度都很好，但还是会绝的不够好开始读第二遍，然后把不确定的音标特地查一遍，标出来，单独练习几遍。这种时候再去练习就会觉得紧张，于是每每遇到查了的词会卡住，或者觉得发的不够好，于是就开始一遍又一遍的读，读到自己有些烦躁， 但同时也熟悉了，这个时候稍微换个轻松点的语气去读，效果就很好。
最近总觉得这样子自己开始对待这个练习的态度变得散漫了：我需要提醒一下自己：想想自己平时每次到需要用到英语的时候才着急后悔的样子，你需要继续练习并且做的更多！
