win10系统hp笔记本开机黑屏一段时间解决方法

问题是由AMD显卡引起，需要关闭显卡的ULPS, Ultra Low Power State， 关闭ULPS不会对系统或显卡有不好的影响。我在自己的联想笔记本上实测成功解决开机黑屏问题。

以下是步骤：

1. win+r
2. regedit
3. ctrl+f，并搜索Enable_ULPS
4. 将值改为0
5. 重启电脑

ULPS is a feature of AMD GPUs which are in a multi-GPU CrossFire configuration. You’re correct in that it means Ultra Low Power State, and essentially, when enabled, it turns off the second GPU when it isn’t in use.
