Does Jules really need a CEO to solve the family issue?

I don't think Jules really need a CEO to solve the family issues. Because the key reason for the issue Matt, instead Jules. 

1. Why the main problem is from Matt? As he said he felt he was losing Jules, but the fact is he was losing himself. We know love is not easy, especially for a life long love, there are a lot of problems and difficulties out of our expectation. At this time, if the way for us to looking for answer is wrong, the result will be wrong definitely. So when Matt found there was problem between he and Jules, he didn't look for answer from themselves, but from the outside, and choose the worst way. That's why he said he lost himself.

2. As for Jules, even she get a CEO to call some of the shots at work, her real problem will begin instead of end the matter. She will become double unhappy,  one is from the fact she couldn't do what she likes, esp when the CEO and she disagree, the CEO will be the tiebreaker. She have to bear the bitter to look at the destiny of company built by herself is decided by other people. The second is the fact that her husband already had affairs, which couldn't change even she sacrifice at work. As Ben said:" you're gonna give up the big, beautiful, exciting thing that you created, it's a dream, in the hopes that your husband will stop having an affair." Yes, I don't see how that adds up.

3. Matt need find way to make himself grown up, to look inside, instead escape. That's what he did at the very last. If he didn't make this choice, when other problems occur between them, what Matt will do? Of course I don't mean all faults were committed by Matt. I just want to say his love to Jules was not firm enough to believe he will not lose Jules, so he needed look inside and solve the problem by himself.

4. As my understanding, love is deep understanding and help each other to become himself. But from the human nature, everyone is for sure want to be himself first, so he/she naturally asks for more help from the other. That's why it is not easy to reach the realm of true love. During the course when encountering with any problem, try to solve it with the mutual efforts. instead of causing hurt. When you find your soul mate, and make the decision, you are the one blessed by gods, because so many people are looking for it all the way life.
