Dear friends :
All of life is an act of letting go, but what hurt the most is not taking a moment to say goodbye. We know it from < Life of Pi >
I won’t hurt and miss , so I want to chase this chance to say goodbye to all of you on my last working day at A.I was impressed by every project and sharing at A .
I was grateful for what I had learned and be taught in this fantastic journey, I still have many words to each all of you:
@ Team: This powerful team taught me about what can a respectful relationship is between leaders and members
I will always be proud of and lucky enough to be a member of this family;
@ My previous workmates : Our reunion at A taught me that although similar background can lead to different areas, levels and achievements
Everything is possible if it is built on your hardworking and persistence, I believe that you will do the best in this platform in nearly future;
@ friends # acquaintance in different training/meeting : Your great performance taught me about what the expert and profession role should be like at A.
I can see my weakness and improvement more clearly in each collaboration;
@ friends #acquaintance in library : Our communication on the books lighten up my some dark days and let me know it can fix any problem when you truly obsessing in it with a like-minded group
@all neighbors in same Shuttle Bus：This is the definitely destiny .It would be a long and tough time on our commuting from Vanke to 24#, but our together time always makes it more faster and easier.
Be honest I am afraid of change, we all know that change can take quite scary at times, even terrifying .
But when I join A,I always work with the changes together : AEE to BPO, Performance Rate to Performance Achievement ,24#to 29# Leadership and project adjust, friend join and leave……
every change, it forces me to rethink, adjust, adapt and grow. Of course, most of this changes in my life I have control over and some I don’t .
But today I want to say I enjoy the change, that is the reason why I want to leave, because I found that when I am not afraid of change ,I even can embrace and even create the change in my life,
Finally I was fortunate enough to be helped and encouraged by all above of you.
