For Windows 7

1. Login with your AD account.
2. Uninstall McAfee VirusScan Enterprise via the Programs and Features applet in the Control Panel.
3. Uninstall ePO Agent:

Go to Start -> All Programs -> Accessories, then right-click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
Change directory to C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\Common Framework\
Run FrmInst.exe /forceuninstall

4. Uninstall McAfee Host Intrusion Prevention via the Programs and Features applet in the Control Panel.
5. Reboot.
6. Delete the following directory along with it's contents -> C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee
7. Reboot again.
8. Install the ePO Agent:

Copy \\xxx\netlogon\FramePkg.exe to the local drive.
Go to Start -> All Programs -> Accessories, then right-click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
Run FramePkg.exe /install=agent
Change directory to C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\Common Framework.
Run CmdAgent /s (The ePO Agent Monitor should now be displayed)

9. From the ePO Agent Monitor:

Click on "Collect and Send Props" and allow to complete.
Click on "Check New Policies" and allow to complete.
Click on "Enforce Policies", after which you can close the ePO Agent Monitor.

10. Install HIPS:

Copy the following folder to the local drive -> \\xxx\Source\Packaged\Common\HIPS7-Patch6\
From the HIPS7-Patch6 folder, navigate to -> Install\0409\
Right-click McAfeeHIP_ClientSetup.exe and select Run as administrator.

11. Install Antivirus:

Copy the following folder to the local drive -> \\xxx\Source\Packaged\Common\McAfee VirusScan 8.7 patch3\
From the McAfee VirusScan 8.7 patch3 folder, navigate to -> Install\0000\
Right-click SETUPVSE.exe and select Run as administrator.

12. After installation is complete, right-click on the McAfee Agent icon in the taskbar notification area and select Update Now.
