Reflections on today's 5A+PS club:

Good:

1. Our agenda is much more professional  and elegant, especially the QR of our club and the QR for the meeting, each QR has a title and easy to scan;

2. Our voting system is much more professional and easy of use;

3. Our meeting room and equipments are much advanced;

Improvements:

1. They have advanced TMC members, like ACB, ALB, but it's reasonable since our club is very young compared to them;

2. They have 5-minutes social part during the meeting, maybe next time, we can try it in our regular meeting. Two reasons here, one is to enhance the relationship among members and gusts; another one is to relax or rest, it'll help us to recover our energy to focus on the rest part of the meeting, that will increase our engagement and creativity;

3.  Could we provide water with many sanitary cups in the meeting room? Since I noticed it's hard to find a cup in the cafe bar of Building A. One and an half hours' meeting is not a short one, and we need to speak and talk. Therefore people get thirsty easily. Especially, when there're guests, provide them with water is to show our considerate.

Other things to pop up:

1. Attitude is really important. I want to highlight our Anna's professional performance as TMD. Our Anna prepares a lot, gets dressed, gets familiar with all the speakers and agenda. I noticed today's TMD is CC/CL, speak English fluently with good ancient, but she behaved causal and a little bit too relax, and got lost in the agenda. Therefore attitude is the key point for us to grow to be a professional and high-level club.

2. Never ever have a blind  faith in the title of a TMC member. Focus on the competence grow rather than to chase the title, then we will get higher quality club and better reputation rather than a bunch of titles.
