2012年4月19日，谢霆锋（Nicholas Tse）出席香港科技大学举办的“亚洲领袖系讲座 ”，这一次他的身份是 entrepreneur（企业家），一间130人的名叫PO的后期制作公司的CEO。他与香港科技大学的年轻学生们用英语交谈了1个半小时，提到了3件小事。
是的，正如谢先生所言，这些不起眼的小事积累起一个良好的团队。原文摘录这些小事如下：
1、和团队小伙伴一起找心仪的新办公室
There were once when we were moving to our new company actually. I called on a vacation. I said,"Guys, stop today, we're not gonna work" .They said"What are we gonna do?" I said:“We are gonna go look for our new office together.” And they were actually quite shocked. And whole army of us just, you know, we were strolling through all these buildings. And they ask why are we looking at this? Because you are the ones who are gonna be sitting here 8 hours per day, not me. I want you to wake up and feel motivated to say "I want go back, and fix that. I think I can do better." These little things accumulate to a better crew.
有一次我们准备搬去新的写字楼，我叫了暂停：“伙计们，我们今天休息，不工作 。 ”他们说：“那我们干什么呢？”我说：“我们一起去找间新的工作室。”他们很惊讶，我们一大队人一起逛遍了各种大厦，他们问：“为什么让我们一起去？”“因为你们才是每天坐在这里工作八小时的人，而不是我。”我想让你们早上醒来时积极地说：“我要回去（公司），把（作品）改得更好。”这些不起眼的小事积累起一个良好的团队。
2、带领员工实现每一个承诺的小目标
Each year I gave annual speech to them, and so far I'm very very thankful to say that we have reached each year's goal. ……And what it means, each year we're meeting our goals …… For the staff, I always tell them I'm not asking you to work for me, I'm asking you to work for yourself ……and they see their future. Not am I only getting the salary paid, Wow, this guy is actually …… he's making every promise come true. And for them that is so important because they are not …… everything is coming true and they see further.
每年我会（在公司）有一年一度的演讲，到目前为止，我很感恩地说我们每年都达到了既定目标……每年都达成了目标，这意味着什么……对于员工，我常常告诉他们说我不是要你们为我工作，我是要你们为自己工作，他们看到自己的未来并不只是拿到工资，“哇，这个人……他做出的承诺正在成真”。对他们来说这点很重要……梦想在成真，他们的目光会变得更远。
3、一起旅行的意义是从团队成员的角度理解问题
Trip like this is very good to come by these days. I'm not just throwing a multi-million dollar trip for them. And say hey, you know, take this, go and enjoy yourself. You got to be part of it. You got to live through their eyes see what they are going through, solve the problem before it actually hit the rock.
像这样的旅行让我们的关系更加紧密了。我不是仅仅花了几百万供他们去旅游，“给，拿着吧，去玩儿吧！”你必须要成为他们中的一员，你要从他们的视角来了解他们正在经历些什么，在触礁前，解决问题。
