How to deal with pressure and anxiety?

    There is nothing interesting worth sharing today. It's a sleepy day, I want to sleep the whole day. So I didn't finish my work today.

  This afternoon, one of my friends chated with me on the wechat.  She asked me whether I have travelled recently as I told her I was going to travel before. Because she wants me to have some time for her. Seems there are too much anxiety she wants to talk to me.

    I beleive that most of people have the same issues. They are anxiety forever. When we graduate from colleage, we are worry about finding a good job. After several years, we are worry about buying a house. After having a house, we are worry about house decoration. Worry about marriage, children.....the education of the children, the children's marriage, the health of family members...........

    I can feel the anxiety through the mobile screen.

  It seems like we always worry about something. That is beacuse we put too much attentions on the future. There are too much things we want to have at this moment. As I didn't experience these things ever, so I don't know how to deal with things such like these.

But what I do now is running when I am unhappy, and try my best to feel this moment. I don't think too much things about the future. I just do all things I can and keep as happy as possible.

What kind of ways do you use to eliminate the anxiety and pressure?
