How can Jules do better to be a qualified CEO

The problem of the Fit.com is mainly between the fast development and current foundation. 

It shows in the following aspects:

1. 9 months finished the plan of 5 years, that means the company developed to fast.
2. They are short of manpower, so everyone overworks. 
3. The management of every section of production, sales, storage, delivery and after-sales have terrible problems.
4. Jules's ways of thinking and behavior are still somewhat like a workshop boss. She used to take care of every single thing personally. 

So my suggestions for Jules to do better are as following:
1.  Upgrade the ways of think and behavior to a real company boss, and just spend the time on what a boss should. 
2.   Appoint the position of production, sales, technique, personnel and accounts etc to professional persons. And free her just for the judgement of the right things and the decision of company orientation and development. 
3. Strengthen the foundation establishment and slower the goal to the matching proportion. Until the development steps into a healthy frequency.
