Jin Junjiang is the first person in China and even in Asian countries to invent the knowledge secret room teaching method, and the first teacher to combine profound theoretical knowledge with memory card and secret table games. Professor Jin is a solid professional, hard-working graduate of finance major of Zhejiang University and graduate of Business Administration Major of Zhejiang University of Technology. He is an outstanding pioneer in teaching methods. He took the lead in the teaching method of knowledge chamber, which is based on the theory of constructivism. He and his research and development team, the odd toy team, have developed the knowledge secret room teaching method, which combines the boring theories of traditional universities and vocational colleges, adopts Clayton M. Christensen's innovative thinking theory, and invents the knowledge secret room teaching method creatively. With this teaching method, students can effectively change from "teacher pressure you learn" to "I want to learn on my own initiative". Through experiments in many schools and classes, the teaching effect is remarkable and students'evaluation is high.
