Productive Thursday ( March 21)

Morning jogging Day 14 A little lazy ,but still keep going ! 

I was supposed  to get up at 5:30 for running, but I was too lazy to leave my cozy little bed,So I  lingered in my bed for 20 minutes , muttering to myself , "The early bird catches the worm...   So it’s best not to get up too early if you’re a worm "  What a lazy bone I am ! 

Anyway , I fulfilled my jogging task . Years promoting aging , exercise preventing decrepitude. 

And I received some good advice from my friend Paul, as he said , " Good job Angela. Word of advice if you don't mind from an experience exerciser. Keep your effort level low to burn calories. You should be able to sing and run at the same time. I am not joking. For cardio improvement and shaping your legs do interval training. Faster then slower then faster. Gradually muscles and heart work together better. "  Those are really good suggestions, especially singing and running . I will try tomorrow !
