How to keep healthy

A meaningful scripture of the Holy Bible book said that” Proverbs 17:22 A joyful heart is good medicine.” So, keeping a good heart is one of healthy lives. Sometimes, some sicknesses are caused by men’s sins, demon’s attack or hereditary disease. Inner bitterness and eating unclean food result in many toxins accumulated in the body. Bad living hobbies such as staying up late, gluttony good wine both affect health. In the Christ, the body of man is the temple of God, so we must take good care of it. To have a health body, I’d like to share with you some opinions below.

First, we must know ourselves. For example, we need to pay attention to analyzing the bad time of our spirit states including our appetite, tongue and so on. Do not stay late, smoke and drink wine. Adjusting our body in time is very important. 

In the other hands, we need to eat more fresh fruits and vegetable instead of sugar, for the vegetable and fruits are easier to digest than refined grains and meat. Here is a warm reminding that we’d better sit down to eat food. Don’t eat and work at the same time to avoid eating more. For me, I love eating the porridge with wheat and beans without any white rice. In addition, I prefer to enjoy vegetable without any meat.

Third, keeping exercise regularly is necessary. if we keep on doing exercise for thirty minutes every day, such jogging, swimming, walking and so on, in this way, many diseases can be prevented. In my life, when I go to work, I always walk to our company. It takes me about ninety minutes every day. Frankly, I enjoy the process. Jogging and swimming are also my favorite exercise.

Besides, to keep our body health, we need to keep getting an annual physical in the hospital. This would ensure early detection of many disease, early treatment to avoid the occurrence of serious illness. So, having a physical examination once a year is very vital. 

At any time, we need to remember the Lord’s word that” Proverbs 17:22 A joyful heart is good medicine.”
