前言：作者是谁？读者为何要阅读这本书
作者开篇说：如果这本书里有你觉得可以起作用的地方，那便继续用着。如果有些确实不起作用，那就把他们丢掉，不用留余地。
许许多多的关于财富的书籍，都只能给你短暂的鸡汤冲击的原因在于：你内心的财富蓝图并没有准备去成功。因此，其他一切都没有用。
正如作者自身的经历。他在想通这个问题之前，一直创业失败。他非常害怕，害怕失败，害怕成功之后再失去，甚至害怕自己是所谓命定贫穷与失败之人。后来他爸爸的富豪朋友和他进行了一番恳切的对话“Harv, if you’re not doing as well as you’d like, all that means is there’s something you don’t know.”“rich people think diffrently, all you have to do is copy how rich people think.”(如电影镜头般的故事情节 微笑)

UNDERSTANDING:Write down how you believe these statements have affected your financial life so far.
DISASSOCIATION:Can you see that these thoughts represent only what you learned and are not part of your anatomy and not who you are? Can you see that you have a choice in the present moment to be different?
DECLARATION:Place your hand over your heart and say... “What I heard about money isn’t necessarily true. I choose to adopt new ways of thinking that support my happiness and success.”
关于Modeling

认同的做法：At the end of each day, write down one thing that went well and one thing that didn’t. Then write the answer to the following question: “How did I create each of these situations?” If others were involved, ask yourself, “What was my part in creating each of these situations?”
Wealth File #2 Rich people play the money game to win. Poor people play the money game to not lose.
如果在体育或者棋类竞赛里，你只想着如何防守，那你永远不会赢。如果只想着如何还贷款还债，想着仅仅让生活舒适就好，这巨额的财富是无缘的。
做法：
1. Write down two financial objectives that demonstrate your intention to create abundance, not mediocrity or poverty. Write “play to win” goals for your:
a. Annual income
b. Net worth
Make these goals achievable with a realistic time frame, yet at the same time remember to “shoot for the stars.”
2. Go to an upscale restaurant and order a meal at “market price” without asking how much it costs. (If funds are tight, sharing is acceptable.)
Wealth File #3 Rich people are committed to being rich. Poor people want to be rich.

这条具体的说明和例子真的没意思透了。所以重要的一点就是意识到不能通过一个人有钱或者没钱就轻易判断和评价一个人，对于没钱人善意，对于有钱人亦如是。因为如果你潜意识觉得有钱人不好，其实你也是觉得是有钱这件事本身不好。那你是不可能去做一个你认为“不好”的人。少一点仇富。并且把她们当平常人一人交往，不要刻意逃避。
Wealth File #7 Rich people associate with positive, successful people. Poor people associate with negative or unsuccessful people.
这条太势利了无视。
Wealth File #8 Rich people are willing to promote themselves and their value. Poor people think negatively about selling and promotion.
对于成功，不去推销自己是一个很大的阻碍。作者分析了四个不去推销自己的原因。第一，被别人很恶劣的推销过。第二，自己有很失败的推销经历，把推销当成了失败的恐惧。第三，什么会咬人的狗不叫这种想法。第四，总是想着我不够独特吗，为什么还要做推广呢。
Wealth File #9Rich people are bigger than their problems. Poor people are smaller than their problems.
The secret to success is not to try to avoid or get rid of or shrink from your problems; the secret is to grow yourself so that you are bigger than any problem.
If you have a big problem in your life, all that means is that you are being a small person!
相信自己强大起来，就可以解决问题。
做法：
1. Whenever you are feeling upset over a “big” problem, point to yourself and say, “Mini me, mini me.” Then take a deep breath and say to yourself, “I can handle this. I am bigger than any problem.”
2. Write down a problem you are having in your life. Then list ten specific actions you can take to resolve or at least improve this situation. This will move you from problem thinking into solution thinking.
Wealth File #10 Rich people are excellent receivers. Poor people are poor receivers.
“If a hundred-foot oak tree had the mind of a human, it would only grow to be ten feet tall!”常常过于看轻自己。
For every giver there must be a receiver, and for every receiver there must be a giver.如果你认给予是一件很棒的事情，那么不要忘了这句话，给予与接受是平衡的。
做法：
Practice being an excellent receiver. Each time someone gives you a compliment of any sort, simply say, “Thank you.” Do not return a compliment to that person at the same time. This allows you to fully receive and own the compliment instead of “deflecting” it, as most people do. This also allows the giver of the compliment the joy of giving the gift without it being thrown back at them.

Wealth File #11 Rich people choose to get paid based on results. Poor people choose to get paid based on time.
强调不要用时间来看待工资。要看结果。拿股票分成和拿死工资是不一样的。
Wealth File #12 Rich people think “both.” Poor people think “either/or.”
贪心点。自信点。
做法：Practice thinking and creating ways of having“both.” Whenever alternatives are presented to you, ask yourself, “How can I have both?”
Wealth File #13 Rich people focus on their net worth. Poor people focus on their working income.
