Elephent and its rider

Everyone wants to change ourselves to be the better men. But character of us like an elephant obstinately hinders people, simultantous, we are riders. It is so strength that we can not put it into the right road merely according to our will. We just like a rider who can think and make right decisions, but we can't demand the elephant usually. Of course, it looks as though the elephant always damages our arrangements. However, it is the source of energy. Has it lost, we would not complete anything which we want to attain. In a word, we will be a better man if we can control the elephant by some appropriate ways.
