目的：
重新设置我们页面的样式（去掉每个浏览自己默认的样式，将页面初始化为统一样式）有益于页面的布局，建议每个页面都重置样式
在GITHUB上看到的一个由marvin1023非常好的整合过的css reset，绝大多数的保留了标签的常用效果，并不是简单粗暴的全部统一，可以存在cssreset.css放到文件中方便使用。
负责生成一份重置样式，在normalize.css的基础上，根据目前我们大家的使用习惯进行了一些归零行动，设置所有元素的
box-sizing为border-box，外加一个clearfix。
