 Approve procedure of these updates is very tiring and time consuming. The simple way to do this is to approve all updates and dispprove only unwanted ones.

 

And creating the GPO for Intranet updates.

Create a WMI Filter first.

 

 Set Configure Automatic Updates.

 

 Specify intranet Microsoft update service location.

 

 

Set WMI filter and enforce this GPO.
