Install Ruby on Mac

1. Install Xcode

2. $ curl -L https://get.rvm.io | bash -s stable

3. $ source ~/.rvm/scripts/rvm

4. $ rvm -v 可选

5. $ rvm list known 可选

6. $ rvm install 2.0.0 因Xcode更新，会有类似_utimensat symbol not found

需补充执行 xcode-select --install

7. $ rvm 2.0.0 --default 

8. $ ruby -v

9. $ gem -v

10. $ gem source -r https://rubygems.org/

11. $ gem source -a https://ruby.taobao.org 替换网址，通过gem sources -l检查
