我的总结：
已经进入第二个主题了，相对来说，没有那么云来云去了，比第一个主题脉络清晰一些，但是自己翻译句子的时候，还是有一定的难度。像有些句子，大意是懂在讲什么，但是要组织语言规范翻译出来，还是挺困难的。这次对于思维导图的理解使用更深刻了一些，大概可以依着葫芦画瓢，看起来没有那么恶心了…
第二主题是Levelling the paying field,来自于报刊文章出现非常高的词组levelling the playing field,意思是把场地弄平整，延伸意思是创造出公平的环境，让所有人都按照同样的游戏规则竞争。这篇文章主要是讨论了三个主题，banks, fintech companies, PSD2，正是因为PSD2的出现，对银行和金融科技公司造成不同影响，文章对银行和金融公司进行对比，PSD2出现前后两者的局势，两者采取相应的措施应对目前境况。文章开头描述了银行的负面信息，许多客户对银行怨声载道，好消息是新出台的欧洲法规将会为一系列交易分析的创新服务带来新机遇，仅仅通过APP可以知道哪里有更低的抵押贷款，直接切换等全新景象。
