问题初步解决：
吞吐量增大：
1. 按照Rohan建议，安装ns-3-dev 开发版本，安装多次，中间想删除原先ns-3.26的文件及配置，清除干净，结果用了sudo apt-get --purge remove 命令，想删除原来的依赖包，使得软件源有问题，重装163软件源，又重装ns-3-dev，结果吞吐量增大了，确定还是版本问题：（debug 很重要）
