Description:

Transn is the NO. 3 LSP（language service provider）in Asia and the only public listed LSP in China. We are now establishing a dynamic sales team to explore  the Southeast Asia Market.  

The Southeast head office has been set up in Singapore. We are looking for Innovative, positive and dynamic individual to lead our sales team. If you have the ambition to achieve a high level of success and you are a positive, results driven person then you could be the person we are looking for.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for achieving the assigned sales target

-    Good at exploring and discovering the needs of clients and ensuring customer's satisfaction through the products and services provided

-   Required to develop, manage and maintain strong relationships with the customers

-   Responsible to generate, maintain and report sales achievements against sales forecasts

- Expected to have a deep understanding of the organisation's products and services

-    Work as a team leader to achieve the company's marketing objectives.

- Prepare business solutions propositions and to negotiate successfully to close a sale deal

-   Product training will be provided for the sales manager and the team member

Job requirements:

- Business management/marketing Bachelor Degree or above with at least 5 years experience in relevant area(business, insurance, real estate, finance etc.). working experience in translation&localization industry are prefered.

-  Result oriented with effective communication skills and team management skills.

- Creative and innovative in generating sales leads and in reaching out to the potential customers

- Strong winning mentality and good business acumen

-  Self motivated and dedicated to achieve

-   Ability to react quickly, calmly, and with sound judgment to customer requests

-  Proven ability to work with team member
