一：词汇与表达

1.attract 吸引be attracted to sb 表示爱慕某人，形容词attractive,名词attraction,attractiveness

2.attract的反义词repel排斥

Fire and water repel each other水火不容

除了排斥repel 有让人恶心之意；repel=make sb feel disgusting

Mosquito repellent 杀蚊剂

3.emit 散发=give off

Give up 放弃=surrender =abandon

4.相似词辨析

statue 雕像：an image of a person or animal that is made in solid material such as stone or metal and is usually large

Sculpture 雕塑an object made out of stone, wood, clay etc by an artist

Flicker闪烁an unsteady light that goes on and off quickly

Flash闪光to shine suddenly and brightly for a short time, or to make something shine in this way

electronic电子的electronic equipment, such as computers and televisions, uses electricity that has passed through computer

electric电的needing electricity to work, produced by electricity, or used for carrying electricity
