Do you know it is necessary to verify the authenticity of invoices? I didn't know it until last afternoon.  The clerk of other office gave me two piles of invoices and sent me a web link by QQ, requesting me to verify the authenticity of these invoices online. What I should do first was to type two lines of numbers on the invoices into the corresponding query bars on the website. Then, I needed to take screenshots when the query results were shown up. What's more, all saved pictures should be inserted into one Word document.

It was a dreary and time-consuming task. The last step bothered me most as I had to adjust the size of every picture so that two pictures could be placed horizontally. Adjusting pictures one by one costed much time and consumed my patience. So, I decided to find a convenient way to alter all pictures into the same appropriate size at once. Fortunately, I am a relatively frequent user of Photoshop, which enabled me to quickly learn how to use this software to realize my intention online and Baidu provided me with many tutorials on this problem. I tried several times and finally succeeded! Mastering extral skills indeed can help one's work.

I could have saved much time with the help of Photoshop, BUT, I was such a negligent girl! As I mentioned, two piles of voices were given to me. When I finished my verification of the first pile, I was asked to deliver some files to other office. Absent-minded as I was, I mistook the first checked pile of voices for the unchecked one after I went back to my seat. In consequence, I began to verify them again and didn't realize it until ten of them was checked! O, what a sad story（︶︿︶）.

I saved time by my intelligence and wasted it by my stupidity( •̥́ ˍ •̀ू
