NDK交叉编译模板

NDK交叉编译模板,当时移植crypto++的时候,看到作者写的一个设置环境变量的脚本,非常好,拿来引用,以后可以在此基础上稍作修改。

编译所有,类似与Application.mk里的脚本配置
