    Please choose a comfortable cross-legged sitting position and sit on the mat. Hands palm up, thumb and forefinger clasp, become wisdom handprint, put on the knees.

    The back is straight, the spine is extended, the chin is slightly closed, and slowly  close your eyes.

    Stretch your brows, the corners of your mouth rise slightly, feeling the peace of the moment.

    Breathe deeply. For each inhale, feel the spine stretch upwards; Every time when you exhale, your shoulders should sink.

    Deep breathing, each inhalation, the expansion of the chest cavity, the abdomen slightly bulging; On each exhalation, the abdomen receives, and the turbidity is expelled from the body.

    Deep breathing, when inhaling, the energy of the universe gradually enters the body, and every cell in the body is nourished. When you exhale, feel all the bad things and all of your unhappiness is drained out of your body. Don't think about the past, or worry about the future. I'm here, right now, focused on a breath.

(Maintain quiet about 1 - 2 minutes)
