心论坛：心的律动

妈妈很忙，我就一个人，静静地看《弟子规》。我很喜欢上智悲德育课，老师带我们跳舞、画画、做手工、玩游戏，小朋友们可开心了。

每次上课，妈妈都要事先铺好坐垫，准备好点心、水，我就给妈妈做小帮手。妈妈她很辛苦，上完课，很累，我就给妈妈洗脚。

我还是J老师的小老师助教，我喜欢带小朋友读《励志诗》，喜欢和小朋友一起担任礼仪小天使，迎接家长和小朋友的到来。希望大家喜欢我的钢琴曲《青蛙合唱队》。感恩大家的聆听！

大赛参与方式：

微演说组：在指定时间内提交3—5分钟时长的文字稿+音频/视频

书画组：在指定时间内提交一幅表达主题的原创书法、绘画、摄影作品

文艺组：在指定时间内提交歌舞、朗诵等艺术作品来表达

3, Contest Participation Methods:

Micro Speech Group:submit text + audio / video of 3 - 5 minute within the specified time.

Painting Group: submit a original calligraphy, painting, or photography

which can express its theme within the specified time

Literary Group: submit dance, recitation and other works of art to express

within the specified time.
