1. feed on

eat it.

e.g. People in north mainly feed on wheat, while people in South feed on rice.

e.g. In the flat open country, there is plenty of grass for the cattle to feed on.

2. blend into 

to seem to gradually change into sth else.

e.g. The sea and the sky seemed to blend into each another.

e.g. The house seems to blend into the surroundings.

3. get by

to have just enough of sth such as money or knowledge so that you can do what you need to do.

e.g. She can't get by without him.

e.g. I have no formal clothes for the occasion. Perhaps I can get by in a dark suit.
