服务器访问ThinkPhp框架项目,报没有权限错误You don't have permission to access

访问Url路径为
http://123.207.11.93/test/

PS: 在谷歌浏览器上有提示如下错误。

You don't have permission to access /test/ on this server.

BUT 360浏览器对开发人员很不友好，提示

解决

因为ThinkPhp框架的项目的入口文件在public下面
http://123.207.11.93/test/public/

在日志中，logs/error_log文件中查看错误。
