Dear John Day17

John跟Savannah坐在一起聊天，知道了當他們迷失對方的時候的一些事情。John告訴了Savannah自己和父親之間相處的一些變化，以及父親去世，並早就立好了遗嘱的事情。Johnb也知道了Savannah的丈夫就是當年他見過的Tim。  因為時間和距離，John給不了Savannah太多的陪伴，而Tim才是那個一直陪在Savannah身邊的人。他們互相扶持，最終結婚在一起。最後Savannah還邀請John明天一起去看Tim ,John最开始猶豫了，但最終他是答應的。去見Tim之後又會發生什麼呢？
