今天觉得自己有时候开始爆发小情绪了，上完培训班回家的路上一直在吃零食，下车的时候发现在座椅上掉了很多残渣，孩子也没有张罗收拾，我提醒他去收拾，就捡了其中一小部分，有几个大块就在座位上，孩子没看到，我就有些生气的说“有脏你下车的时候就应该处理好的，还需要妈妈提醒？开始收拾吧，你看这么大垃圾你怎么看不到呢？”其实说完自己也能意识到不该这么说，换种说话方式，也许他更容易接受。
