敬生命之火 敬人性之光
回望抗“疫”的这些天，我们见证了许多悲欢离合，生命脆弱，转瞬即逝，生命亦坚韧，与病魔顽强抗争。
在困境面前，人类的韧性、毅力、信任和希望都熠熠闪光，这些美好成为鼓舞我们战胜疫情的巨大能量。
在疫情面前，人类善意凝聚成一台永动机，无时无刻不在将美好分发在人间。
关于生命的感悟，他有话要讲。第十七届“21世纪杯”高中组亚军、2019年IPSC全球六强，来自南京外国语学校的范悦航将他的思考娓娓道来……
As the new coronavirus wreaks havoc worldwide, I, like thousands of millions of others – have been stuck at home. Lacking exercise as you can see, I’ve put on a few pounds, but I’ve also had the opportunity to think of several things, so today I’d like to share with you one thing for life.
随着新冠病毒在全球肆虐，我和其他数亿人一样，不得不在家中隔离。因为缺乏锻炼，我长胖了几斤，但是我也有了机会去思考很多事情。我想分享关于生命的看法。
The disease has shown us is how fragile and fleeting life is. As the number of coronavirus cases has shot up, there’s been widespread fear of suffering and of death, however we also become aware that fear is as integral to life as joy, and within a single touch, illness can extinguish life，but next to the fire of life，fear is mere specks of ash.
这场疫情告诉我们，生命是如此脆弱和短暂。随着新冠病毒感染病例激增，人们普遍对死亡产生了恐惧，，然而我们也意识到，恐惧和快乐一样是生命的组成部分，一场疾病就可以剥夺人的生命。但是在生命之火面前，恐惧只是一丝灰烬。
Doctors and nurses are all hardy souls who battle to save and protect life. In Wuhan the illness is not their only obstacle and not the only thing they have to fight with. When all the transport has been shut down, going to work is a major difficulty. But it is often in this time of hardship when solutions miraculously appear and human intentions are at their best.
医护人员拥有着最顽强的灵魂，他们为了拯救生命而战斗。在武汉，新冠病毒仅仅是他们要战胜的敌人之一。由于大多数公共交通停运，去医院上班也变得异常困难。但往往是在这个艰难的时刻，解决办法会奇迹般地出现，人性展现出最好的一面。
When a nurse is walking alone in the street to get to work in the morning, a taxi driver opens the door for her voluntarily and refuses to get paid. Then there’s a cafe chain that delivers free drinks to the medical staff absolutely free of charge. In these moments, please don’t think of these small acts as products of happenstance or of divine intervention. Behind them lie important human qualities- resilience, persistence, trust and hope. Traits without which, human life as we know it simply could not continue.
清晨，当一名护士急匆匆地沿街步行去医院时，一名出租车司机主动停下，把她准时送到了医院并且不收车费。一个咖啡连锁店免费为医护人员提供饮料。在这样的时刻，不要觉得这些小小的善举是偶然事件或是干预的产物。在它们背后隐藏着重要的人类品质——韧性、毅力、信任和希望。没有这些特质，我们所知的人类生活就无法继续下去。
A few weeks ago President Xi Jinping exhorted us all to join in the fight against Covid-19, and he reminded us the importance to preserve and protect the life.
几周前，习近平主席号召大家携手战“疫”，他要求始终把人民群众生命安全和身体健康放在第一位。
It's as if our common goodwill has been turned into a huge machine producing the best things to encourage us all to pull through this together.
就好像我们所有的善意变成一台巨大的机器，把所有的美好分发出去，让我们深受鼓舞，团结战疫。
However, despite our efforts, there are souls who unfortunately have to leave this world, but we have to remember their contributions. Among them was doctor Li Wenliang, who made huge sacrifices in saving others’ lives. Another was Ai Dong, a policeman who is fighting in the hectic front lines but died of a cerebral hemorrhage. Another was Xu Peng, a transporter trying to put medical equipment to Wuhan while unfortunately died of a traffic accident. In his last conversations, he reminded his son that “I’m off to battle the virus monsters.” Being death or living, the common human subject-life is always valuable and for that value to appear we have to master our inner motivation, never stop believing and trust ourselves and others.
然而，尽管我们付出了努力，有些生命却依然不幸地不得不离开这个世界，但我们必须记住他们的贡献。李文良医生，他为挽救他人生命做出了巨大牺牲。警察艾冬，在抗“疫”一线突发脑溢血牺牲。蓝天救援队机动队队长徐鹏在前往湖北运送防疫物资的途中遭遇车祸。在他牺牲前与儿子最后的对话中曾说：“爸爸要去打病毒怪兽了。”无论生存或死亡，人类共同的主体－生命总是有价值的。让生命的价值得以体现，我们必须掌握自己的内在动机，永远不要停止相信自己和他人。
In this season I believed these grounds are covered and layered with pink, meadows of brilliant cherry blossoms. I believe this color emmited from this flower will always carry Wuhan- the city and souls with it forward.
在这个季节，武汉正被粉红色盛放的樱花覆盖着。樱花的美丽色彩散发着这座城市一样，团结一心，继续向前的希望。
今天的武汉樱花遍地，人们笑颜如花，拥抱生机勃勃的新生。
