This morning I went to the hospital to reorder an electrocardiogram, which gives a detailed look at how your heart is beating. Last time my heart rate (HR) was 119 beats per minute which did not meet the civil servants employed medical standards that HR must between 50~110 bpm. This time I was still a little nevers but the doctor was very nice, he tried to calm me down and asked me to take a  few deep breaths. Once I slowed down my HR, he printed the electrocardiogram with normal HR 81 bpm. Thanks to the doctor, I have finally passed the physical examination.
