这时候你一定要记得启用相关的uses-permission，

很多网上贴出来的代码都不包含 Manifest.xml里面的代码

这样你容易忘记启用相关的权限，导致程序无法运行

android.permission.ACCESS_CHECKIN_PROPERTIES 

Allows read/write access to the "properties" table in the checkin database, to change values that get uploaded
