My name is James Li,graduated from ZJO university 2005.My major is Computer science and technology during the college. I have been working as a testing engineer five years from 2006. Currently, I am working for Perficient which is an American company as a senior test engineer.
Now I am joining a project which including the manual testing, web automation and performance testing. The whole team has about 10 members, some of them are Americans.
My responsibility in the team are:
1. Lead a project team to complete testing as per the client requirement.
2. Responsible for project quality, process control and knowledge management.
3. Communicate with client by email and phone.
4. Project estimation, planning and tracking.
5. Participate detailed testing job like test case design and execution if necessary.
6. Design the web automation framework for whole team.
