win10 解决.net framework 3.5 安装报错 0x800F0954问题

• 打开注册表：按住 windows+R 键，输入regedit，确定；
• 找到路径HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU，其中UseWUServer默认值为1，改成0；
• 打开服务列表，重启Windows Update service；
• 
• 此时可以正常安装.net framework 3.5；
• 将第二步的注册表修改还原，并重启 Windows Update service

说明：

Windows Update service：启用检测、下载和安装 Windows 和其他程序的更新。如果此服务被禁用，这台计算机的用户将无法使用 Windows 更新或其自动更新功能， 并且这些程序将无法使用 Windows 更新代理(WUA) API。
