—强调的是个人自我(“我”和“我”),但低估和边缘化了社会自我(“我

们”和“我们”)的重要性。Emphasis has been on personal self ("I" and

"me") but underestimate and marginalize the importance

—泰勒(1998)认为,个人自我需求与社会自我需求都是重要的。Tyler (1998) suggests that needs related to both the personal and social self are important

—如果个人需求非常突出,人们更可能从事与个人利益相关的行为。If personal needs are very salient people more likely engage in behaviours relevant personal self-interest.

—如果社会需求非常突出,人们更可能参与OCB。他们有动机保持对自己团队的自豪感和尊重。If social needs are very salient people more likely to engage in OCB.  They are motivated to maintain pride and respect of their group

(2)Conclusion

—当人们从“我”和“我们”的不同角度思考时,激励他们的因素是不同的。个人动机个人需求与个体自我实现的可能性。Difference between what motivates people when thinking in terms of  "I" and "we". Personal motivation one's individual needs and the possibility of individual self actualization.

—社会动机的基础是个体对团体的自豪感和对团体需求的敏感性。Social motivation is underpinned by pride in one's group and sensitivity to its needs. 

—社会动机很重要,因此只强调动机的个人方面可能是错误的。Social motivations are important so it may be a mistake to emphasise the personal aspects of motivation only.

—也许需要认识到人们有(并且需要)多种动机基础(个人和社会),并且两者在心理上都很重要。Perhaps need to recognize that people have (and need to have) multiple motivational bases (personal and social) and that both are psychologically important
