Failed to retrieve application JMX service URL

启动一个Spring Cloud项目的时候Event Log报两条信息：

13:08	All files are up-to-date

13:08	XxxWebApplication: Failed to retrieve application JMX service URL

有篇文章给了 一个解决方法：
工具栏——Edit Configurations——Spring Boot 下：
重新启动就不会报“Failed to retrieve application JMX service URL”的错误了。

如何让“All files are up-to-date”也不显示这个问题还没有解决，知道怎么解决的劳烦告知一下~
