一: 商务开发信

1, 注意事项:信函中勿过多使用主动语态:I / WE

例如:

  • we will send samples to you tomorrow.(主动语态)
  • samples will be sent to you tomorrow.(被动语态)
2,开发信直接点最好:
  • 告诉客人你是谁?
  • 你做什么业务?
  • 你的优势在哪?
3,商务开发信模板:

Dear xxx:
Hello,This is xxx from xxxxxx company of China .here is a brief introduction of our company.
xxxxxxxx(介绍公司)
xxxxxxxxx(公司是做什么业务)
xxxxxxxxx(公司的产品优势)

二:询盘

1,询盘的定义

一般多为卖方发出,卖方通过询盘信,简明扼要地向买方了解一般商品信息。简介、具体、措辞得体。

2,询盘的分类
  • 普通询盘:索取普通资料(目录,价目表或报价单,样品,图片等)
  • 具体询盘:具体询问商品名称、规格、数量、单价、装船期以及付款方式
3,询盘格式样本

Dear xxx:
we are interested in buying large quantities of xxxxxx(客户述说需求)
ITwoull be appreciated if you could forward sample and your price- list to us.

三:还盘的定义

  • 卖方对买方的原报盘的部分或者全部内容否决,向买方表明自己的立场,提出自己的条件。

  • 还盘格式样本

Dear xxx:
Thank you for your letter concerning the offer for the xxx, we appreciate the quality of your xxx, their price is too high for us to accept. (提及上一封信,直接表明自己的观点)
xxxxxxxx but the price was 10% lower than your present price.(解释还盘理由)
xxxxxxxaccepting your present price will mean great loss to us.xxxxx(进一步说明理由)
we would like to place repeat orders with you if you could reduce your price at least by 1.5%, otherwise.............(表明自己的立场)
we hope you could take our suggestion into serious consideration and give us your reply as soon as possible.(希望对方考虑还盘,并早日回复)
