Cmder is a good tool but it also brings problem

Cmder does bring bash,git and tab for commandline processing.

But once I change Windows System Path to help cmder to find the right bash version, cmd.exe is also affected, making the windows traditional commandline not working as it does before. i.e, file refirecting of a command.
