安装fabric二进制文件下载速度慢

安装fabric Samples, Binaries和Docker Images

如果下载最新版本，直接运行：

curl -sSL http://bit.ly/2ysbOFE | bash -s

下载特定版本，如Fabric1.4.4，Fabric-ca1.4.4，Docker images 0.4.18

curl -sSL http://bit.ly/2ysbOFE | bash -s -- 1.4.4 1.4.4 0.4.18

如果使用Docker Toolbox，需要把samples安装到C:\Users下。

主要问题：下载速度慢

解决方法：

方法一：

	连网线，科学上网。

方法二：

	下载https://raw.githubusercontent.com/hyperledger/fabric/master/scripts/bootstrap.sh自行运行。

方法三：

	结合以上方法，分析bootstrap.sh文件。
	把bootstrap.sh文件保存到本地。
	自行下载fabric binaries，在fabric-samples中解压生成bin和config。
	下载链接：https://github.com/hyperledger/fabric/releases/download/v1.4.4/hyperledger-fabric-windows-amd64-1.4.4.tar
	（注：不同版本不同系统的链接不同，根据需要自行修改。）
	在bootstrap.sh文件中注释以下内容，之后运行。
