I am not that into alliance

Most of the time my friends consider me a nice person who always get along with others. Yes, I am. I am a born follower and always willing to cooperate with others. Since I don't have strong ego and aggressiveness which made me friendly and nice. They always call me a happy man. Following charismatic leaders, cooperating together through hardship and share the result no matter of success or failure all makes me feel fulfilled. But it doesn't mean I am into groups. Looking back to my childhood history, there were always some gangs around me and me never inside. I prefer acting as a flash drive which could cooperate or have fun with anyone in any time but just refuse to settle down.

Group action always means trade off or noisy

As a geek who always pursuing efficiency, I don't like compromise. Especially for some personally nonsense. And because I am a quiet person, too much noise really disturbs me. My happiest thing is immersing myself in something I like sometimes or just wandering in a novelty world.

People incline to alliance usually because they are week or dependent

I found that people incline to alliance most probably because they feel insecure or weak. It's obviously women always try to alliance whenever and wherever because they live in the male dominated society.
There is also culture influence inside. Asian people are well known for submissiveness and weak ego as far as I know. They need groups to have the sense of security and belonging.
Actually, I really hate people just simply separate people by their gender, religion, hometown or mother tongue. This kind of alliances is really weak or boring as my previous experience. I think those born of characteristics are not a mature adult should pursue for. It's no doubt I would have some more common topic and empathy with Asian guys. But hang out with other guys who have totally different culture also make me excited, as long as they are cool.
