Training on the 3rd Aug 2019

The training on the Saturday was good I had two sessions and weather was good .

08:20 to 10:30

The training I had 6 players and we started the warm up with playing monkey where we were waiting for more players to come and the game had a condition of limited places and limited passes and once you reach on 20 passes you had to do push-ups this improved there passes and attacking technique.

On the technical side we did an exercise of counter attack where we had 4 cons and the players they had to pass and attack starting from the back.

The we played a game against the The B level  and the performance was alright but still we need to build confidence in the players.

10:30-12:30

The second class we had a group of 16 players the training involved running to increase the speed where the warm up players hard to run putting 2 balls in different places with a distance of 10 m

Then we used the same formation of the training to start the involvement of using both legs where it was a competition because we divided them into 2 teams and we focused on correcting on the players who were not doing it properly during the exercise

After we introduced the technique of eliminating an opponent  during the game and then we played a game of 3 teams where the losing team had to be eliminated and then the other team can come in and then for the  was a foul we took an opportunity to explain the players the position in case there is a free kick and then we finished as one team
